Antique Ruby, Diamond & Sapphire Ring

A very pretty blood red Ruby is surrounded by six old cut Diamonds and two Blue Sapphires adorn each side of the cluster in a crossover style.
The ring is hallmarked eighteen-carat (18ct), from Birmingham, but unfortunately the date letter has been lost.
