Vintage Sapphire and Pearl Necklace

A beautifully put-together necklace in the Nouveau style, that appears to have been made using a genuine Antique fifteen-carat (15ct) gold and Seed Pearl central piece (seems to have previously been a brooch), and added eighteen-carat (18ct) yellow gold chain and rub over drop settings containing oval Blue Sapphires.
Truly unique.
